Tell us a little about yourself: I am a 31 year old Loctician. I’ve been loc’d for 20 years and have experienced pretty much all their is to experience when it comes to locs. I own a home based salon called Privacy Parlor. Privacy Parlor was designed to bring quality loc service in an intimate and professional setting.
How did you get started? I got started in my moms kitchen! I started doing hair at 8 years old. I went from doing my moms hair to her friends then eventually growing my own business to over 300 clients.
Best known for: I’m best known for loc repairs. I’ve been referred to as a loc doctor and magician. I love restoring my clients confidence.
Most viral post: my most viral post got 27,000 views in 2019. I will never forget that day I was so exited!!
What I love most about being a loc stylist?
Witnessing my clients confidence grow.
The first time I was featured on GOOD LOC DAY I was... so excited because I looked in the comments and seen my clients souping me up and bragging on me. Best feeling ever! They know how hard I work so the recognition was exciting for all of us!
