Tell us a little about yourself: I am a 33 year old mother, wife, muse, and artist! Born and raised in Jeanerette, LA now residing in Atlanta. I started braiding hair at 15. I was heavily influenced by my Aunt Mary, Cousin Erica, and my brother Byron. Locs became a part of my skill set in 2005 while attending Southern University A&M. I am the owner and loctician of Rich Locs. I am also the owner of a Rich Naturals, a haircare product line specifically for locs. My specialty is healthy locs. I take pride in the experience I have with locs. Every client is special to me because every loc journey is different. I let my spirit and mind guide my fingers during each and every service. This is a unique gift that is a blessing.
Best known for: I am best known for Starter Locs, Loc Extensions, Double Strand Twist, Barrels and my educating clients on how to treat and love their locs. I am also known for how disrespectful my own locs are🤣🤣🤣
What are the trendiest locstyles in ATL today? Double Strand Twist, Barrels, Loc Extensions and Loud Bold Colors!

Most viral post: My most viral post was a video of me styling one of my favorite clients hair in to a cute playful updo that contained four barrels in the front and two barrels in the back. Then I finished the style off with two messy buns! Time Lasp videos are my signature!

How social media changed my life: Social media has put my work in states and countries where I have never been. I had a client travel from Afghanistan for a service. If it had not been for Instagram, he would have never seen my work. It is a awesome business tool.
What I love most about being a loc stylist? I love seeing that smile on every clients face at the end of their appointment. Being able to deliver what I am booked to do and more. I love the fact that I am able to be creative in my craft. Building beautiful meaningful relationships with my clients as well. I love the freedom of being my own boss. I love everything about being a loc stylist.
